Located in downtown Pittsburgh, the Laborers’ District Council

of Western Pennsylvania is the hub for the 33 counties of the

western half of the state. The Council has been the driving

force in maintaining and developing a strong union presence in

Western Pennsylvania, and throughout the state as well.

Innovative leadership and the development of new initiatives

have made the Laborers a progressive group, leading the way

in labor/management relations, training, and safety.
